Created as a personal sonic rework, this reinterpretation of a collection of UI clips from Evangelion explores new textures and emotional weight through sound. As a longtime fan of the series, the piece offered a chance to reimagine the original atmosphere using generative tools and experimental layering. The sound design blends ambient processing in ppooll with a custom-built arpeggiator and sample collager in Ableton and Max, resulting in a dense, evolving audio landscape tailored to the intensity of the original animation.
