Originally shot and conceived in 2023 for Nomadik, Seconds is a short film reflecting on the evolving relationship between professional athlete and filmmaker Anthony Bonello and his sons. Centered on the theme of time management, the piece explores how fatherhood reshapes the pursuit of personal passions. With a cinematic lens on the balance between adventure and responsibility, Seconds underscores the idea that, as adults, time becomes our most limited resource—and every second counts.
The short utilizes a reworking of B.Michaael’s Arpeggi Limit from the album “Gore”. Originally released in 2023 via Orange Milk records
